Coaching believers to rise in business, lead with wisdom, and prosper God’s way.
Supernatural CEO
Entrepreneurs often end up doing life alone. You’re too spiritual for your business friends.
You’re too business-y for your church friends. Is there anyone who actually gets you? Yes!
This is why I started Supernatural CEO, a group coaching program, so you could have a place to be you, grow your faith, and level up in your business.
Curious to know more?
Before we talk tactics, we talk about who God designed you to be. Through my Kingdom Identity Profile, you'll uncover your unique wiring and the divine advantage it carries in the
marketplace, so every decision you make from here on out is built on truth instead of guesswork.
From that foundation, we build a strategy that's actually yours: one that aligns your mindset, your money, and your mission so your business becomes an extension of your calling, not a
competitor to it.
Maybe you're scaling something that's already working. Maybe you're launching what's only lived in your spirit so far. Maybe you're rebuilding after burnout and wondering if you have
anything left to give.
Wherever you're standing, this work grows you from the inside out. We'll activate your anointing, restore your confidence, and position you to build wealth and impact God's way, not
the world's.
Most business coaching starts with strategy. We start with identity.
work with me 1:1
Is this you?
You're a Christian business owner or entrepreneur who's hit a ceiling you can't explain. You've done the strategy. You've read the books. Something deeper is still holding you back, and you're tired of guessing what it is.
You're ready to find out why you're stuck and get the biblical understanding to move past it. You already know growth isn't a mystery. It's available the moment you access the right understanding.
What happens in a session?
We start by building your Kingdom Identity Profile. It brings together your natural talents, your spiritual gifts, your sphere of influence, and your God-given calling into one growth map made
specifically for you.
From there, we build your growth plan and dismantle the limiting beliefs standing between you and Heaven's momentum in your life and business.
If this is the work you need to do here are the steps you need to take:
1. Email me at rachel@rachelwortman.com
2. Tell me a little about your business, what you do, typical annual gross rev, and your role(s)
3. I’ll get back to you with a business day (sometimes 2) and take it from there.
